Travel in the last carriage of a train heading out from central Moscow. On exiting through the glass doors, turn right.
After coming out of the metro station and onto the street, you will see the El Patio and Planet Sushi restaurants on your right. Walk past them, following the flow of traffic on the TTR, as far as the third intersection (470 metres). Turn right into the third street: this is 2nd Yamskaya Street. Walk along it for 170 metres until the road turns right, and you will see a boom gate straight ahead. On entering the courtyard, you will see a striped building just to your left, with a glass door marked GMS. The clinic is on the second floor (US style) or first floor (UK style).
Take Olimpiisky Avenue, then turn left at the first intersection (at the lights) into Durova Street, towards the Soviet Army Theatre. Further along Durova Street, and a little to the right, with the Soviet Army Theatre remaining on your left. Durova Street leads into Soviet Army Street. Keep on along this street to the Third Transport Ring (TTR). Cross it, and turn left. You’ll see the El Patio and Planet Sushi restaurants to your right.
Change lanes to the right. Drive past the first intersection with lights (this is Oktyabrskaya Street). The first side-street to your left after Oktyabrskaya Street is 1stYamskaya Street. Drive straight past it. Watch the traffic signs. At the second corner (with an underground pedestrian crossing exit to your right), turn right. This is 2nd Yamskaya Street. Continue along 2nd Yamskaya Street for around 200 metres, until the road turns right, and directly ahead of you there will be a boom gate. Drive through the boom gate, turn left and park. You may park in the inner courtyard. The clinic’s entrance is on the TTR side. The clinic is on the second floor (US style) or first floor (UK style).
You’re driving past the overpass over Mir Avenue. Change lanes to the right. Don’t enter the tunnel!
Following the traffic signs, drive towards Sheremetyevskaya Street as far as the lights, parallel to the TTR. Go straight through the intersection.

Following the traffic signs, drive towards Oktyabrskaya Street as far as the lights, parallel to the TTR. Straight after the intersection, move to the left, preparing for a U-turn opposite the El Patio and Planet Sushi restaurants. Do a U-turn.
